I buy my glow in the dark phophuros powder from Aliexpress. I read it won't glow in water, but it will glow In oil. I'm curious what kind of powder, you said mica, where do you get your glow in the dark mica powder? I wonder if mine will glow. I sure hope it will.

I know this video is old but it just came across my feed. Do you have trouble with the acrylic paint settling out of the liquid mixture? I made a bleeding tumbler and it sat on my shelf for a while and all the red paint sank to the bottom and got stuck.
