I’ve got 5% all around except windshield on a black truck. I’ve been lucky I haven’t been pulled over…yet. I like the privacy but it’s hard to see out of the truck at night.

15% is the best spot to be. I have 5% on my rear and you cannot see anything at night, I'd hate to have it on my front driver windows. Saying that, I now have 20% on my front driver windows and its too light, people can see right in, night and day - dont matter.

20% on the windshield is insane. I already got pulled over within the first week of tinting my car 5% around and 30% on the windshield down in FL. Did you get pulled over yet for dark tint?

I have 5% all around and can say that during the day you can see great but at night if there are no street lights around its hard to see out the sides, I've been pulled over once and I just rolled all my windows down and cop just let me go after getting my license

My car has 2 layers of I believe 5% in the back and recently got 20% on the front windows in the day depending on the angle you can’t see inside even when you can you can’t make out details drove next to cops and have been fine but in texas cops are chill and don’t really care about tinted windows .

A car has ONE Windshield- in the front. It shields the wind/bugs etc…. as you drive FORWARD. The glass in the back is a “rear window” or “rear glass”. So unless you’re going down the fwy in reverse at 75mph, it’s not a “rear windshield”. @ 15:27. Didn’t even spell it right: reaL windshield. lol

I dont tint front so I don't get looked at period .I hate giving them a reason and tint in front is a reason .plus can't see at night with 5% and I like using my mirrors and passing.

I’m sure I’ll get clowned for writing this. I’m looking to get my windows tinted. I like the look of it being dark, but I don’t want to deal with getting pulled over. Also that dark of a windshield is dangerous based on the research I’ve done. Hard to see at night etc What are the reasons people do this? Other than that they think it looks good and can’t see in?
