It always depends on whether you rent directly or through air bnb.There are a few different types of houses which also makes a difference, I had a large room with bathroom and huge terrace and paid 400 euros a month (air bnb) the houses buy is between 80 and 120 k. The area is located in playa del carmen, on google maps, real del sol playa del carmen. Its close to chedraui supermarket velamar

Hi, der Walmart ist ganz in der Nähe und perfekt zu fuss zu erreichen. Ebenfalls ein oxxo Supermarkt, keine 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Gegend ist sicher, besonders das Areal in dem Wohngebiet, Kontrolle beim betreten des Areals durch Sicherheits Personal. Ob da ein Bus oder collektivo fährt weiss ich nicht, die taxis sind viel viel billiger als in Europa, ich nutze sie oft. Ich hoffe ich konnte dir helfen. Lieben gruss
