Would a razor work to get that small black stuff that stuck to the red layer?
Maybe if you did it carefully enough
Superb!!! This is golden Many thanks for sharing I have been struggling with the other methods Yours is an absolute game changer!!! 🙏🏻👏🏻
Appreciate it, and glad to hear it helped. 🤙🤙
use an arbor punch to create finger pull holes
I've tried punches, they're too thick or dull normally and ends up not creating a clean cut. I did take a piece of copper pipe though and sharpen one end and tried that out, and was pretty clean cut.
Which depth did you go with ?
This is the middle thickness, I believe it's 30 mm. It's been a while, sorry if I forgot. But it's whatever the middle thickness is.
Back about 20 to 30 years ago i remember growing up made in taiwan tools said it right on the socket but they were very cheaply made light and flimsy but fast forward to the last 10 years and taiwan has improved leaps and bounds from those days to be very strong sockets and tools
Yes, much different today
What if you want to add white texts on top of the black foam? Hopefully you have a tip for that that looks perfect instead of the printed white sticker tags that I commonly see.
I guess I would just use a vinyl cutter and stick those on there. Not really sure how it would stick though. Lettering the foam isn't really anything I've ever considered before unfortunately.
I totally love the changes. Like you, i dont know why Hyundai wouldn't have all LED. Makes no sense. I am having a hard time with the plate light housing. i take the 2 screws out, but they dont have enough wire for me to pull it out enough to remove the housing or even try and change the bulb with the housing on. Did you have the same issue? I was thinking of taking it to the dealer and paying them to change the bulbs, but I thought i would ask you first. Thanks
The left one should have enough wire to pull out with plenty of room. The right one will be tighter but should still be do able. It might help to do the right one when the left one is in place to give you even me slack.

How do you determine the thickness of the foam to purchase for the drawers you are organizing? Does the manufacturer of the foam recommend a certain thickness based on what tools you are ultimately storing in the drawer, or is the depth of the drawer the only determining factor? Can you recommend a video that covers this topic?
Went off the drawer depth and tool depth. They have 3 thicknesses, this is the middle one. Which I think is pretty much threat go to. The thickest one is really for things like power tools to have them deep in the foam. The thinnest one I think is too thin for most tools.
nice idea
Thank you 🤙🤙
Video starts at 9:24 thank me later 😭 homeboy doing to much talking ab it
BRO 18mins for a tool kit set????
Yes bro!!!! 😱😱😱
I mean BRO
Thanks for this. I was going to buy this to leave in the truck as a automotive + handyman toolbox but it’s not use without a box to put tools in
This is way too big to leave in a vehicle, they sell much better kits for something like that.
Pausing and letting me look got you a like and a subscribe thank you!😊
🙏🙏
Have you ever seen anything that you paint the foam when your done to make it stiffer and more protect so you wont get future rear out
I would assume it would breakdown and ruin the foam.
@@StanMisiano that is probably true. Just some applications you need that foam a little tougher.
It's honestly pretty durable. I haven't had any issues with it yet.
Did he just make 2023 Santa Fe look like 2020? 🤦♂️
Yes that's correct. As clearly stated the trim was from the pre face-lift.
I’m getting my GTS wrapped in Mamba! Thanks for the video brotha!
It's a incredible color, I love it, I'm sure you're going to be super happy with it! It really does look incredible in person, especially in the sun.
@@StanMisiano I've been debating between the Mamba and the Vintage Racing Green!!!!
I was going to wrap my car with the vintage racing green after this green originally. It's a nice color, doesn't compete with mamba though in my opinion. It's just a standard solid color, no metallic like mamba. Throttle wrapped a Supra in it kind of recently, if you wanted to get a better look at it since there aren't too many pictures of it online.
@@StanMisiano I agree its too plain I'm narrowed down to the Mamba and the Acid Green as of today! I have a week to decide. I definitely want to go with an Inozetek color though.
I don't think anyone would be unhappy with mamba.
I love how you blacked out the giant lower reflector. It improves the look drastically!
I agree, it looks so much better!
I was making a mess, really struggling until I tried your method. Thanks for posting!
Happy to hear it helped out!! 🥳🥳
The 3M Roloc is the gold standard for sanding disks and bristle disks. Seems like you can't even use them with this sander. FAIL.
I'm sure you could.
hi, stan can you share the link to the satin chrome piece. greatly appreciated thanks in advance
On your recommendation, I purchased the Winged Extended Thumbscrew so I could tighten it down using the media mod, and guess what, the screw is too short to reach the other side. I had to modify two of them so I could tighten them down. I carefully took a hacksaw and cut off the little piece on the wing part making the screw just long enough to catch the holding nut. I am also using the GoBUDi Extension Pole Set compatible with All GoPro Hero Cameras. After removing the small piece on the wing nut they work just fine now but I shouldn't have had to do that.
Very well done sir.
🙏🙏
I can’t find the caster???
You need to call the number on their website and use the serial number on the back of the box
great vid!
🙏🙏🙏
Excuse me sir, do you have Santa Fe fog lights ?
I do not
Great content 👌 👏
🙏🙏🙏
My gopro 10 is overheating since installing mediamod, I've noticed this a few times. Looking for solutions
Typical GoPro issue. Buy a DJI like I did, batteries don't die and they don't overheat. 🤷♂️
If your use case allows, you can take out the battery and use either an external battery or the Volta for battery.
I've tried that before as well and it's still not the best solution. Still gets hot. And you're also losing the mobility aspect of an action camera.
HIDDEN HARDWARE!!!
Unfortunately I wouldn't do hidden hardware. It looks good, but the usability is to much of a hassle.
A full led reflector bar would have looked better imo
I couldn't disagree more. The point is to remove the reflector. Why would I want to add one that lights up!? Did you listen to anything in the video? 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Idk I think a reflector with no function that doesn’t light up looks kinda lame but if it’s a full led light bar that’s sick and futuristic . With the chrome strip it looks like the back of the 2020 model with the front of a 2023 . Mismatched af
Great observation buddy. FYI the literal dash display of the face lift models has the chrome trim in the picture. Not the red reflector. So this is technically more consistent.
Wow, thanks for the tip. It looks amazing. If you wrenches look like that, I hope there is a shop tour in more recent videos to watch.
I had originally planned on doing a full toolbox video, just haven't had the chance to. Maybe soon I will try to!
So I just added this BOV, but I don’t get boost when revving in neutral like this. How do I do that?
Something must be installed incorrectly would be my guest.
How much were the sliders?
Unfortunately I forget the exact price it's been so long since i purchased them. They weren't super expensive though, considering they are heavy duty, full extention slides.
I saw some are install blow off valve near throttle body, is that correct????
Not 100% sure, this is simply where I installed mine. And I have had zero issues years later.
What about swapping the bumper directional signal lights up to the taillights where they belong ?
Too much work. Plus there would still be the lights in the bumper.
Thanks for the video-great ideas and most helpful.
Glad to hear, thank you!!
Hey Stan, thanks for the video. I just bought a used Santa Fe Calligraphy 2022 with NICHE GAMMA 22in rims. I was worried if it makes sense at all to use them or replace with 20in for a more comfort ride. What would you suggest? Thanks in advance
I see no real reason to replace then unless you simply didn't like them. All personal preference.
Where did you get the replacement trim?
I just ordered it online
You did not say where to buy the large wing mount screw for my GoPro 12
Link is in the description for the wing screws.
ive been thking of wrapping my land cruiser in this color. I've been on a green kick
This color would look killer on one of those
this may be a bit off a silly question, but would this process be the exact same for any other bov? i bought a greddy bov
Yeah it should be the same
Where did you buy the lip , I’m looking for a safe website to buy, for my weds kranze bazreia 18'
VR Wheels
Superb plan & wonderful Job! Outstanding organizational skills you have!
Thank you, very happy with how they turned out.
what about the other BIG issue.. Media mode makes the gopro no longer waterproof. I think this is worse than the changing screws. Water could ruin the gopro!
I don't take mine near water so never had to worry about. Also, I don't see why you would be using a media mod if you were going too be in the water anyways. 🤷♂️
@@StanMisiano media mode - not even against RAIN
Yeah, I wouldn't be worried about it in rain. It's still water resistant. It just can't be submerged. No idea what else to tell you though. I don't even use GoPro anymore. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Just curious. What do you use now?@@StanMisiano
I bought a DJI Action last fall, got sick of the endless GoPro issues. Or I'll just use my phone.
How many mm are the sheets you have?
I think these ones were 30 mm sheets
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes, lifetime warranty.
@@StanMisiano oh sweet, looking at getting this for my new toolbox can't beat that price for the amount of stuff yah get
@@StanMisiano also I like how people clicked on a review video and get mad at you for reviewing the items 😭
I've Bevi loving it so far after this long. Everything that's come with the kit has been great to use. The color codes sockets is nice as well.
I have to let you know that I like your videos but I had to stop watching this one because you kept moving in and out from were you were working and it started to make me sick but I do like your video's sorry
Haha No worries dude, staying still is harder than it seems sometimes. Lol
Hey bro what area u from, could use a install buddy 😅
Any thoughts on upgrading the rear turn signal bulbs to brighter ones? Easy to get to...
Don't really see the need in my opinion
Thank you! I have had my media mod for a year and have rarely used it because it is such a pain.
Yeah it's such a bad design.
