06:00 You really mentioned a very good point here. Although it seems silly, it is very important for both IPS and management marks in this station specifically. I did not come across someone mentioning it anywhere across the academy notes' or other UA-cam videos.

04:00 In the exam, if it is an anaphylaxis station, will the SIMMAN really heave swollen lips and tongue? or will the examiner give us the finding as soon as we verbalise that we are checking for them?

09:55 Is it okay to give IV fluids straight away to correct BP, if we find severe hypotension (for e.g. BP= 90/60 mmHg) as soon as we approach the SIMMAN? and not necessarily wait and start with ABCEDE approach conventionally as everyone does? 11:55 In the exam, will pupils of the SIMMAN react to light? Do we have to take the torch from the trolley and keep checking pupillary reaction regularly?

Are we expected to talk more about the sexual encounter (the person involved) during their travel in another country? Do the patient need to disclose it to them as well along with their partner?
