There are 2 options: 1. You can hire a private cab. That will cost around 3500 to 4000 bhat for 3 adults. 2. You can travel in shared mini van. That will cost approx 450 to 500 bhat per person.

From Phuket airport, is it possible to manage to go to Krabi by bus ? Is it simple ? A private cab seems very costly... This is what I have explored so far... 😊 1.Phuket international airport to Phuket Bus terminal one. 2. From Phuket Bus terminal one to Krabi Bus terminal 3. Krabi bus terminal to Aonang Beach Hotel

You can go in that way also, but it will be a little hectic, if you have kid and luggage with you. Also the cost will be almost like this: 1. You can book Grab or bolt cab for Phuket airport to Phuket bus terminal. That will cost approx 500-600 bhat. 2. Bus from phuket to krabi bus terminal will cost approx 150 bhat per person. 3. This will be little hectic, as there is no app based cab service in Krabi. So you have to depend upon local taxi or tuk tuk. That will minimum 500 bhat (for 18 Km). In this way, you will end up spending approx: 500+ 450 (for 3 persons) + 500= 1450 bhat. This cost will be approx similar to directly book mini van from phuket airport to krabi ao nang area. So I guess, this comparison shall be helpful to you.

I will recommend local tour agency for island trips. I had checked the price on klook, agoda, headout and other apps, but if you can bargain, then you will get quite cheaper rate thru local tour agency.

Also please check whether the national park fee is included in your package (for island trips).
