They are very lagging in this case. At that time when I travelled I felt like the website is also not up to date. So the best way is to contact them through email. They responded to my email. You may also want to update your meal request through email. I also hadn’t received my ticket and couldn’t do online checkin as well. Best way is to ask for confirmation through email. What I did was went to the counter and collected my ticket.

As i remember now, I had same issue. I couldn’t find my ticket number when I checked online so I had doubts if I paid my money in the right place. Particular day when I had my flight, I went three hours earlier and all I did was just give them my passport and then they gave me my tickets. Basically, I think it’s because of the issue in their website or I don’t know what the reason is behind not being able to find your tickets in the website. How ever I would still advise you to send them an email enquiring about your booking confirmation. I wish you safe journey. 😊
