Can confirm this also worked for me. Looks like corrupted Steam cloud saves hence turning off cloud sync and deleting all character profiles.
Hey, when i try load up dayz through the launcher it shows: Battleye: Loading game (or something like that), then nothing apears. I have been at this problem for multiple days, using DZSA, Redownloading DAyz, Redownloading all mods, doing what you are doing in this video, verifying game cache BUT NOTHING WORKS :( Would greatly appreaciate your help! Basically the actual game doesn't appear, but the launcher will!

I don't believe its located in the Documents, did you use the run command and type in %localappdata% like in the video?

I uninstalled the game while ago reinstalled it today and it’s saying some mods are corrupted with a little ! Mark inside a square idk what to do
Right click on the corrupted mod and hit repair
What am I supposed to type in the Run thing I tried every possible thing I could think of but I don’t get it

I have 200 hours on dayz which i played maybe 5 or 10 hours and the rest TRYING TO FIX THIS GOD FORSAKEN GAME, i spend all my days and energy trying to fix this awful mess of a game while all my friends enjoy playing all night, my google and youtube are full of "how to fix dayz" , everyday I discover more and more errors that I didn't know existed and it pisses the hell out of me how much this game needs very few reasons just to not work

I've been playing this game for years and it's only been the last year or so I've had problems. With over 4000 hours on this game I give up, I'm tired of watching "fix dayz videos" every time I want to play. I just listened to my friends play for the last hour while trying to fix it. THE GAME IS BROKEN.

I have a mic bug where it does not show mic bars when you press push to talk button. If you press up to increase the volume it only shows one if you press down it insta shows 3. In any case the sound does not work and players don't hear you.
Its a feature, sometimes it gets stuck and idk how to fix it. Simply hit down to set it to 3 bars and you should be audible.
@@kaznikov4933 I tried that but it didn't work. I think its some kind of a bug between push-to-talk and voice activation systems, but caused from inside the game. Still I am not 100% sure because if I delete the game completely and reinstall it in a different folder, I am not sure if it will work. I will try it now.
