No I have not. You might need to change the interrupt and milis setup.

Dude. I made a identical video using a Styrofoam dollar store airplane. I plan on moving forward with a lynchpin project. I 3d printed 2 yesterday. My yt shorts. I hope to use the sensor to calculate with accuracy an aircraft position direction and speed.

It really depends how much you want to spend. The build I did was already up to $300 not including the bike.

It is recommended that you affix the FT85BS to a larger heatsink, you will get longer lasting high current performance. For example, replace this 3D printed case with an aluminum case。
It's not really an issue in this bike as it does not draw a lot of current.
How do I do it if I still want to use the radio?
add in a double pole on off switch and you can make the cut leads switchable for returning to factory radio condition when bluetooth isn't being used.
You also need to remember to incorporate noise suppression circuitry, as these BT modules put a lot of electrical noise onto the ground lines of the actual car stereo amplifier.
I haven't had any issues yet an I've done a few of these.
Alternatively, would it be possible to wire it to the cassette player input instead? Since some people might still want FM radio, but not need the cassette deck anymore?
Also could wire in some diodes and maybe a switch for turning it on or off
I had issues with trying to get this to work, as it was my first idea. There is a little preamp IC on the tape deck but it had no luck getting a clean signal.
@@TechUpBuilds Ive managed to do it on a ford Crown Vic So it varies by radio for sure
@@TechUpBuilds there is a thing called a Bluetooth cassette adapter that works just as good and no modifications needed
@@stevencarlson5422 I don't like how you have to recharge them, and not all radio's have a cassette player.
I just found one of these and I put my 12v lithium batteries on it and it keeps shutting off. Does that mean my batteries are too strong for the controller? I cut it off then back on and it works still.
i want to run same motor and controller for a pocketmod as well will i be good with a 48v 20ah Lithium battery pack?
Yes, just check what how many amps can be supplied from the battery pack/BMS as you want at least 30A.

I recently welded it shut, only issue at low speed the chain can slap due to the chain tensioner but it hasn't been a problem for me.

Yes, I would wire them off any buttons that don't do anything in AUX mode. However you don't really need them.

Yes, if you find a data sheet for the volume control chip you can add the wires in the AM or FM channel

It depends what you want out of your build. You don't want to be running a heavy motor on something this small with minimal room for batteries and controller.

Can anyone PLEASE help me? I just need cheap X, Y, axis for a rudder. How would I stop the effect of X-Y getting confused when the Compass was tilting sideways and giving a Z input into the X-Y. I need a dirt cheap solution and need to stop the Z input when the compass is tilted on an angle. Any help?? Anyone? The item I am building will save hundreds of lives. Thanks.

Hi Nei. Is it possible to turn off the "Z" axis?? If not can we get the "Z" axis signal to go to a separate servo in an attempt to run an ALERON rather the the RUDDER which your first servo is operating in this video. SUBSCRIBED great channel!
