Oh, the one on Lucifer? That just comes with some grinding and leveling. You should be able to have the same thing if you take his iconic weapon and awaken it at level 225. If that's not what you're talking about, please correct me though!

I'm impressed with the progress so far, from what I can tell! I would definitely recommend using Apollo as your primary DPS, and if you can overlevel him and have Western Queen buff him, I would absolutely say go for that. In the early game, I would also recommend having a second DPS if you don't overlevel, so the general composition should be either 2 DPS + 2 tanks + 1 Healer or, if you overlevel, 1 DPS, 2 tanks and 2 supports/1 healer and 1 support. The team is certainly alright, but I'd definitely recommend switching out one of those DPS heroes for another tank. If you're at a lower level, I'd probably say phase out Lucifer for now, just because he takes so much more to level up than a regular SSR, but if you're at a high level, I'd almost say phase out 2 DPS and go for a tank and a support, or 2 tanks even, to try to bump that survivability up. Since I don't know what stage of the game you're in, I figured I'd give an answer for both. I hope this helps!

That depends a lot on what stage of the game you're in. If you're early in the leveling up process, I'd say a 2 tank, 2 DPS and 1 support, generally a healer, would definitely get you places, though you could also replace one of those DPS for another support if you decide to overlevel that DPS. However, if you get to a higher level, I'd definitely air more toward the side of 2 tanks, 2 supports and 1 DPS, usually something like Odin/YSS/Athena for tanks, Morrigan/WQ/Nuwa for supports + Naga for healing (maybe), and whatever DPS you choose. Western Queen and Morrigan should not be used as primary healers, at a lower level like that I'd recommend using WQ to buff Freya and perhaps replace someone else with Idun or Nagakanya, then eventually phase that healer out for Morrigan or something along those lines. The big thing is to make sure your DPS has as much help as possible to survive and pump out the damage. I hope this helps!

You can technically get any SSR in the game at that point, and my suggestion would probably be to go for a solid DPS carry like Apollo or Izanami just to make sure you have the damage to finish early game content. If that takes too long, you can absolutely go for someone like Athena or Nagakanya or another support type if that seems better. I hope this helps!

At that stage in the game, the big thing I'm noticing that's missing from your team is a healer (I don't personally count Athena as a healer most of the time), and 3 DPS seems like a little much most of the time. I'd say that for PvP, maybe remove TnM for Nagakanya/Idun if you can, and for PvE you can remove Susanoo for one of those two unless there's a particularly problematic hero on the enemy team that you want to get rid of. Absolutely, I think the economy in this game is kind of ridiculous but pretty easy to figure out with some simple math. Needless to say, since they brought back the campaign rewards, they're still some of the best deals in the game, and I implore everyone who can to make them their second purchase (after the permanent pass, of course). That sucks about the monthly pass though, I hope they fix that soon!

SHEESHH an old player thank tho for the tips but I can't save up gems bc I always buy stuff that can boost my heroes lvl. Usually there is some left but it's only 200 - 600. Any tips for fast gems ?

@@lavapanda5330 Well i would say, do as Styx explained in his video, if you go by that you actually go rather well with earning gems. The easiest but slowest way to get gems are codes, they can be found online or new ones usually are shared in the chat, so if your chat is not overflown with bots they are usually shared a few times a day, usually its one or maybe two codes per week which are 400 gems for nothing. Enter a more active guild and they usually share them too, at least that was the case in the 2 guilds i was in and am currently in. Guilds also give you the bonus that you get those weekly draws where you can get gems or possibly even drawing fragments, you can also do your daily quests with the guild, i think the guild quests are 6 puzzle pieces. Aside these, its just a matter of grinding, since gems can also be drops in all fighting instances, the fastest way is story progression in all 3 story elements, especially now that the rewards are back. You can save some gems if you grind for money, exp and stardust in Tales of Ascenstion and the weappon items with the zodiac beasts, those also give you gems if you defeat a new stage, but i think the beasts are indeed the last thing you unlock and super hard at one point. Similar to that are the fraction battles, there you also collect tons of gems as soon as you unlocked that, since you can grind up 20-30 stages without getting stuck and this times 4 and later again. Pantheon gives you gem chests, if you do it every time and get somewhat lucky and higher damage you get around 10 chests each run, which are usually around 500-750 gems. The Arena is a way too, higher ranks get better rewards at the end of the sessions, so try to get as high as possible and defend that ranking, you are probably on a new server so it is not too bad if you are place 500 or something since it is distributed by percentages. Also the weekly events, like Battle of heroes right now gives you a lot of loot for some strategizing, you don't need your own heroes so you can get quite far, even below level 300. And the leaderboard, for story progression on your server you receive 50 gems, you also unlock new boards with progression. Now a little quick note the game doesn't tell you until way later, you need to get as many heroes as high in rarity as possible, since this determines you later max level, so drawing as much as possible is actually rather important and the earlier you start, the better, so try to use as many gems as possible in drawing, depending on your current state in the game, go with the standard draw, chances are the same as in the draw you can wish for one hero, but you get one for free, if you don't need some specific Heros for leveling up, since to my experience at the beginning your heroes are somewhat evenly in rarity with like one or two exceptions, those 300 gems you save add up rather quick. Then the marketplace is a whole new science in itself and i would honestly not buy leveling items with gems and would save them, maybe getting gacha scrolls since they are cheaper than drawing with gems. But this depends on your current stage of the game, and the level of your heroes, can you get them at level 300 or are you at rarities below 300? If you already are at 300 you don't really need to buy those items with gems, since the differences are negotiable compared to the strength more maxed out heroes give you in certain events, and you will do progress in their levels if you go with 1 or 2 fourths per day which you farm with the Ascension and coin priced items alone. If you dont have 5 heroes with the possibility to get to 300 and the gap in between your current and max level is rather small, lets say, 20 levels, i would also not always buy those items in the shop with gems since gems are way more worth than coins, and you get the level up items in other shops or drops, just if a little is missing. Here an example: Like i said, the shop leveling items are not worth the gems, im not sure if this is determinded aroudn your story progess and level, so i calc this with my game, i can buy 960k stardust with 300 gems, so for one stage up at my current level i would need to spend 3000 gems, stardust is an even better example i would receive 15k and 22.5k in the gemshop for 675 gems, those add up to 37.5k, i need around 900k for one level up, this would add up to 16200 gems, but we just have 1 of 4 stages, so i would need 3000 gems times 4 for the exp which is 12000 gems, so it is 28.2k gems i would need for one level up in the gem shop sure this becomes extreme as soon as you hit level 400, but is indeed also the case at the start since you need a lot of resources and the gem shop items are too expensive for the very small gain you get with those, compared to the gain of grinding daily for ~15 minuets. One thing i noticed many newer players don't do is upping the number above them, enhancing with the lower left option in the hero overview, this makes way more of a difference than level does and i remember being able to destroy players in the arena with 100 level differences, this is not talked about enough. Shop items i would buy in your case are all the coin items, except the muse item and also not the blue and purple rarity upper last two items, since you get them in masses and the Muse bonus is rather small and the banquet and drops supply you with enough to up them to the point you run out of those godly wine cups. And with gems only the stardust chest from time to time, since stardust is a pain to grind, because you get so little in all possible drop instances.

How much people of the same faction to leave in a team? 2? 3? It's gonna be a really slow level up because they need the same fuel, right? I'll just slow myself down too much?

@@odte7083 All 3 of them are luminarch and both Athena and susano are great units, I never used Odin so I don't know how good he actually is, but there are very few bad units at the start, so try to use as many strong units as possible. It sounds like your right at the start, in your case both Athena and susano are good choises to use as a Carrie, maybe Athena more than susano since she tanks really well. If you want Apollo you can choose him as your wanted hero in the 3000 gem gacha and you can get him from those recruitment cards you get in shops and from the clearing rewards in campaign, so you still can get him in larger quantity rather soon. Yes the start is rather slow, but just do campaign and you get some possibilities to get money, exp and stardust to level them up, generally heros need the same resources but there are exceptions where you need copies or the same fraction to power up but this also has an ingame tutorial. Yes try to do a 2/3 split, but this only if the game gives you the possibility with healing units a 2/2 or 4/1 split is also ok until you have a larger variety of heros, the main problem in those atlre supporting units since they are kind of rare and strongly varie in actual recovery and buffs. There is no real slowing down, since you need more strong heros for events than your main 5, so actually putting some resources in other heros from the start is not that bad, the game also balances your level to the weakest of the 5 strongest, so no matter who you level up those resources don't go to waste if you level up a hero you take out of your team as soon as you get Apollo. You also don't need to use your highest level hero if they don't fit in your team, if you can build around them, then you could but this is not always possible if you not have many heros to choose from.

I tend to agree with everything you mentioned here, but this was definitely earlier in my game, so I don't think I had quite the same grasp on the early game at the time. Nonetheless, I absolutely endorse this comment!

In general, that's a pretty good lineup, especially in the early game. As you progress, however, I think you'll find that replacing one DPS with another support and focusing on one DPS might work even better, such as using Western Queen or Morrigan to add either survivability or damage. But yes, I personally think 2 tanks is the sweet spot for most teams, including the best one in the game. I hope this helps!

Hi! If you just started playing a few days ago, then yes, I would recommend replacing Lucifer with an SSR damage dealer of some sort, perhaps Izanami or Apollo, and I would also suggest over leveling that damage dealer around 40-60 levels above the rest of your team. This will guarantee that they will both do more damage and survive for longer to give you the upper hand in most fights. Also, that way, you can keep Western Queen to buff that damage dealer specifically, and you should be golden! I hope this helps you out!

Well, that will depend on what you're trying to use your team for. If you're intending on using Marduk for a defense team, then I'd recommend using a good healer like Nagakanya alongside tanks like Odin, Athena, or Yi Sun-Shin. However, I would not recommend using Marduk on an offense team or for anything PvE related because he doesn't do enough damage to be used as a damage dealer and doesn't provide any buffs or help to the rest of your team whatsoever. I think he will still work, but there are definitely more effective options if you're trying to go on the offense. I hope this helps!

I'd recommend finding a more effective tank than Hercules because he underperforms pretty consistently. Also, Persephone is not really a support hero; she's supposed to be damage, but realistically she often doesn't do much. If you can, I'd recommend replacing Hercules with Yi Sun-Shin or Athena, and probably change Persephone to someone like either Western Queen (if Izanamu is your highest power hero) or Morrigan. This should give your team both more survivability and more damage. I hope this helps you!

I've got Izanami carrying, Susanoo for damage, Idun healing, and Leonidas and Ninhursag up front. I'm mopping up right now. Disclaimer: I just started. Only 11-20 so far. But they're flying.

I appreciate the thoughts! Again, this is just what I've seen over my time in the game, and it's supposed to be an analysis of the position I'm at in the game, where I'm level 191 and my heroes are up to 438. In all my time seeing Susanoo's performance, I've seen that most any good tank is a pretty good counter, so that's why I put him lower than S tier for this point in the game. I've seen Odin attempt to counter Marduk, and while he definitely helps, I don't think he just hoses him completely, at least I haven't seen it. G&M is definitely good, but kinda fell off for me after a while, I might be undervaluing them though. Nuwa I totally understand, though, and while this wasn't mentioned, I think Morrigan should be bumped up to S at this point. All that to say, some of the thoughts mentioned are a little foreign to me, but some make sense, and all in all, I'll be keeping these things in mind. I feel like for most applications, the Archimedes team in particular is pretty PvP based because it hits a specific spectrum of teams really well. As far as Amaterasu goes, she's great in all regards, though she really shines in PvP; her ideal team I've seen perform best in general usually consists of her, Morrigan, maybe Odin, Western Queen, and often Dangun, just to buff her up and make sure she never dies while debuffing the enemies as much as possible. I think if you were to focus solely on PvE, Oda is your best bet; his damage is completely insane, and if you pair him with the right support (namely Western Queen, Morrigan, and Dangun), and with the right equipment setup, he can absolutely shred through teams by never running out of energy in his ultimate. I hope this helps give you some direction in what to go for in your endeavors, and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

That'll partially depend on where you are in the game, but I'd say your composition is at least good. You've got one healer, two damagers, a tank, and a generic support, which is generally good, but I'd recommend trying to switch Aphrodite over to Nagakanya or Idun if you can because they offer more healing power. As far as the brand new hero goes, I haven't been able to tell how good she is quite yet, but on paper she seems like a great tank. Over time, I might recommend removing one of your DPS for another tank, but I'd say that will probably only work out later into the game. TL:DR, it's good, just try to work on Naga/Idun if you can. I hope this helps!

Why yes, I suppose he kind of is. I guess I just didn't really count him as one because he focuses more on buffs and his genie, making me still think that his healing is lackluster compared to Cassandra. Had I remembered that during filming, however, I might have put him just a tad higher, so thank you for reminding me!

That depends on the content you're hoping to complete. However, just a general thought, I'd probably recommend trying to replace one of your DPS, probably Archimedes, with a healer, namely Idun, Nagakanya, or Hela, if you have that option; I just think it'll help your survivability a whole lot, as your only way of healing as it sits is Athena's ultimate, which is pretty low, all things considered. I say Archimedes is probably the best to replace because while he's really good, he shines most when he has an entire team built around him; otherwise, he can die pretty easily and not do as much damage as you'd like. Of course, these are all suggestions, so feel free to do what you'd like, but I hope I helped at least a little!

I've gotta admit, the thing I use most is the popular equipment screen for each individual hero. Most of the time, I'll just go for what's most common, both with divinity and equipment. I'll occasionally swap any of these things out for something that I believe will synergize well with the hero's kit, such as using wind runes and a yasakani instead of the common dark runes and chakra if I wanted to go for a less ultimate-centric build. I kind of just use that philosophy for most, if not all, of my builds. I hope this helps!

Not exclusively, but certain heroes have an inclination to PVP. Some of it is based on boss fight ability, some is regular PVE, and some is PVP; it really just depends on the hero, and I often will state in this video which one I'm referring to with each hero. I hope this helps!
