Wow, un trabajo muy limpio y muy buen resultado 🎉
Good grief! Ithought it was a zombi when you lifted that eyelid!!
Dr. Naresh is a wonderful surgeon
What’s the green 🎉thing in her eye
It's an eye shield. It prevents any accidental injury to the eyeball with scalpel or needle during the surgery. It also makes the surgery more comfortable for the patient, as she will not be able to see said scalpel and needles as the surgeon is operating.
Yotemgo inas bolsotas y nomearia lasirujia ni regalada
Máy cắt nhìn thích quá
Excelente , amei
Surgeon's hands are light and very meticulous. Bravo!
I have watched few videos of similar surgeries and this one has plastic protecting the eye, others should do it too.
❤
Una imagen o vídeo....dice más que mil palabras...más videos de cirugías por favor
No video???
Perfect job .. but i have question it dose undermining between upper portin of orbicularis and upper incision line to approximate the skin easly
Very nicely presented and explained doctor ❤
Great job! Which type of cautery did you use? Thanks!
Where is the place please
The video is fun✨
👌 !!!
Well down job . ❤!!!
👍️👍️👍️👍️👍️
Great job!
Quisiera saber si después de operada se puede administrar cicatricure
What is this surgery called?
I'd be so scared they'd do it wrong!
Perfeito!!!
Thank you for video! Is the first flap was from mucosa?
I am so happy to see Prof. Susanne You are my tutor
I am suffering from silent migraine aura And day to day it is worsening and it causes starburst in my vision which is also worsening 😢😢
why do you have use sutera to inside ?
I was wondering too
This dr does good job very detail and no rush
Out of curiosity: Do you place the hemostat at the base of the fat pad to prevent resection of any vessels or is it to tighten that specific structure when cautery is applied? If neither please explain, I am very interested.
It is placed there to block blood flow to the fatty packet to be removed, to be able to cut it, and then comfortably cauterize the ending and avoid bleeding.
Can I ask for the surgeon name please? He/she is very careful and I'd trust someone like this to perform the surgery on me.
is it possible that you don't see the name on the screen during the video?
Naresh Joshi

I am getting no answers as to my decreased vision. My vision with glasses, is blurred like it used to be without my glasses. The prednisone already tipped me right into insulin dependent diabetes. I have been approved for the steroid sparing injectables. But no one will answer my fears for my vision. I do not see the ophthalmologist again until April. I just want some answers 😢😢😢😢😢
Thanks so much, Prof. I am currently offering my master's research on infantile hemangioma therapy. This is so useful.
This was helpful to me. Thank you SOE.
hi there is the possibility of contacting Doctor Pichi? Thanks..
Thank you prof. Hildebrand - your video has convinced us to start a local Timolol treatment of the periocular hemangioma of our daughter. This also with the realisation that it is always possible to upscale (to a systemic treatment) but more difficult to downscale.
His name is ANDREW 🙌🙌🙌 AMAZING DR.LEE
some people have recommended high amounts of vitamin D3 to reduced inflammation thus would you use high D3 as a replacement for or in conjunction with prednisone?
.
Idiopathic is a very frustrating word. My teenage son got choroidal scarring in both eyes from inflammation from an unknown cause. Tested for everything but with no result. 2 years later we are still none the wiser. For a short while his brain tricked him into making his scaring appear smaller, although there were no physical changes. Unfortunately this did not last. The scarring is right in the centre of his focal vision. We are at a loss with NZ specialist. Even though there may not be a surgical solution or some brain manipulation i find your webinar fascinating. If you would like any results or info about his condition please contact me here with a comment. BTW steroids created more scarring. He has bilateral extensive macular scaring which is probably secondary to choroiditis. His and our worlds have turned upside down. If you know of any radical testing please let us know. Many thanks .
For how much time effects of teprotumumab lasts? Like if we have given all 8 doses, are those enough or we have repeat the regiem after sometime?
Hello dear. My daughter is 13 yrs+. Will beta blocker work for her?
The eye is the lamp to the body.
Hallo! I had cataracts on booth eyes when I was born (or it was developed after a 2-3 months). Consequently i developed nystagmus, myopia and strabismus. My lens ware removed at 4 and hard intraocular lenses ware installed at 6. I have no family history of eye problems. (Except my grandfather developed cataracts at old age do to diabetes.) I have no diabetes or other evident metabolic problems, nor brain or physical abnormalities. (Except two white fluorite spots (maybe) on my front teeth (the permanent not child teeth) So my question is should i be worried about passing some bad genes to my future children. I'm 32 and it's that time. (We actually had one bleathed ouvun misscarige at just one month) Thank you 🙂
Iam a living testimony of your good work #GreatestDoctorOlu and I pray you keep saving life just like you Cured me from genital herpes may God strengthen your ability.
Can you please post the latest lecture about myopia
Hi! At the minute 09:30, the Dr. speaks about some QR for a PDF but the camera just Focused on her. ¿Anyone have them? I need the PDFs.
