What is climbing for me?
it changed my life twice - when I started climbing, and when I returned after a long recovery.
Rock climbing and bouldering, like all outdoor activities, provide a good chance to see the beauty of nature up close.
Also for me this is socialisation, friendship, new challenges, therapy and a healthy lifestyle. Join climbing community.
I tried many techniques to get good shape and eventually found my way.
In the first year and a half I lost about 36 kilograms. Then I increased my physical activity and returned to a healthy life, coping with spinal problems, excess weight and depression.

Some of my conclusions about the benefits for climbers
1. Rock climbing develops physical strength and endurance and is good for your health.
2. Rock climbing helps you lose weight.
3. Climbing is mentally challenging.
4. Climbing is socialisation among like-minded people
5. Climbing helps cope with depression and PTSD
6. Climbing is about travel and adventure.
7. Climbing is time spent outdoors in nature.
8. Climbing develops discipline.
9. Rock climbing develops balance.
10. Rock climbing is addictive.

Is this a tutorial on how to back clip 😅?
You're doing great with the climbing but please research death clipping. The rope needs to be clipped the other way round to avoid it pulling the gate open during a fall. That said, great work, hopefully you'll have a long and fulfilling climbing career. Enjoy! 🎉

It seems to be bad clipped the rope . Be careful with that!
Your clip technic is very risky. the Rope should go from the back of the wall towards your body. In the Video it looks like the rope is going from your body thrugh the carabiner to the wall. In this case the rope could unclip the carabiner if you fall. (sorry for the bad english).
