The gym isn’t just about working out physically, it’s about training your mind mentally to overcome pain. On top of this, if this dude had a wife and kids, an attacker will be able to take down his stick of a figure in a second and he wouldn’t stand a chance. Like my wife would beat this dude in a fight.
