I never remember seeing Cody smile like that during Josh's answer about business partners... I'm really conflicted on if that was a " he's finally taking a stand for his game " for josh or a " yeah this little assholes about to lose " for Paul

Paul is basically the Russell Hantz of Big Brother. Does anything he can to get to the end and doesn’t give a damn as to who he has to step on, betray, etc to get there, but he has abysmal jury management and a social game that in the end kills any chance of him winning

Every time I have to explain psycho/sociopatic behavior to someone i use Paul as an example. The game may have played a part but some of his "tactics" are straight-up textbook psychopathic behaviors. Lies, manipulation, lack of emoton, inability to acknowledge fault/flaw, the list goes on. And then theres his mannerisms and behaviors he uses to lure pawns

Problem with shows like this although they're good people food off emotions and not on real gameplay my opinion. Paul should have won both times

Paul got bullshitted his 2nd season. They literally gave it to Nicole bc she was a returning houseguest who got to the end, and then didn’t even use that logic to vote for him bc they were salty the second season. He’s honestly the best BB player to never win

Nicole was well rounded enough to win against a shitty jury manager. Although Paul played on the bottom and it was impressive he found a way to the end. In His second attempt he overplayed for no reason. He masterminded a bunch of clowns but got hardcore manipulated by the guy he ended up in the end with. Josh is actually underrated in my opinion. for bb18, paul and nicole both played good games and i would be satisfied with either of their wins. during the live airing i was rooting for paul and sad on finale night bc i felt nicole had too big of an advantage for being a returnee while paul climbed from the bottom, i see now she did have her own game that went beyond her alumni status. for bb19, production wanted paul to win from day 1, which is already an unfair advantage that diminishes his gameplay imo. however, sitting next to josh, i do believe paul should of received that check production so badly wanted to write for him. but it is his fault, he did the same mistake twice, failure to properly understand jury management. perhaps if he had more time inbetween the seasons to rewatch his and others, he would of learned this is a crucial part of the game. i don't really believe in the 'bitter jury' argument, maintaining and respecting the relationship with the people who decide on who gets the money is a part of the game! vanessa however was a bitter juror.

Something this video leaves out of Josh's win - he fessed up to everything he and Paul were doing in the goodbye messages. He owned the narrative. They were out the door, and Paul was still lying to them, while Josh was owning up to it. idk what Paul could have said that night to turn people around for him. Josh played him.

So i decided to binge season 19 and althought it was entertaining, I can see wh people hated it. This house was not smart at all and just let Paul puppeteer his way to another final two. Paul is a GREAT player. I honestly feel like he should have won. Him losing is the same way Danielle Reyes lost. Bitter jurors. He also played dirty and the strings he pulled because of his feud with Cody and Jessica is what eventually lost him the game. Cody being the deciding vote is soooooo poetic. If you had tried to salvage some sort of relationship with Cody maybe he would voted for you.

Paul is the greatest Bb player of all time. He was never going to win 18 because 18 had to be a female winner. Producers do not allow more than 4 male winners to win consecutively. (MMFFMFMMMMFMMMMFMFMMMF) Season 19 was meant to give Paul the win he deserved but it was the height of MAGA QAnon hysteria (2017), trumps first year in office. Casting set up a clear divide within house by casting a bunch of maga meathead/bimbos vs. nerdy minorities, emos and eccentrics. The strange casting made for a wild season (love it or hate it) and Resulted in the largely conservative BB fanbase rallying behind psycho maga Cody who was then given the final vote and middle America BB viewers could enjoy the tattooed bearded bisexual middle eastern liberal guy lose for a second time at the hands of a Maga.

I remember watching both of these seasons and being floored at how history repeated itself 😂

Moral of the story is make sure nobody knows what kind of person you are. But instead, be the person they want you to be to their face.
