At 3:23, these are grilled "Champignons", mushrooms with garlic sauce and at 6:45 its a "Krakauer" (polnish sausage) with cheese in it. We call them "Eitrige" :D (purulent).

Nice Thumbnail 👍 The Festival in Bückeburg is huge, with concerts, sword fights, tournaments, food stalls, handcrafts stalls and lots of medieval camps. The sword fights were probably Czechs, the are always a bit crazy. I had to pray in the mausoleum, before i was knighted at the festival. It´s a bit expensive over all, but nothing compared what you told about the 12 $ beer, more like 4-5 € for a beer.
