Finding the right CAMERA ANGLE for FPV drone racing
The camera angle defines your ground speed. The higher you go, the faster the experience. It is crucial to have a matching angle with your speed you are capable of flying. I am trying to find the right angle for me

45 is my go too! Good balance of speed and control. Tried 50 and it became way to fast and overshooting got even worse 🤣 Nice video! Keep em coming

I like 50º and use throttles caps or rpm limiter if I feel the drone is too fast.

@@nesofpv haha nein xD keine Zeit und macht bei uns auch niemand. Race ein bisschen im sim für mich...bin auch übel sensibel was den Winkel angeht :) btw hab gemerkt dass die Sensor-Achse nicht gleich mit der Gehäuse-Achse ist. Wenn du die cam in nem fixen Mount 180 Grad drehst siehst du in Feed nach oben mehr als davor xD Strange
Alles Übungssache! Aber bleib beim freestyle sonst fehlt content auf insta 🙏😻

I like 45 on my freestyle drone because it sets the yaw/roll inputs evenly for coordinated turns. my racer has a fixed 52.5 degree tpu thing.
45 on freestyle is a lot tho but if it works! Just depends on what you are used to and what kind of freestyle you fly

try lowering your throttle.
I did play around with throttle limit. Since I am barely hitting full throttle it does male sense to reduce

It doesn't get much better than hanging out in Majorca and flying tiny whoops while recovering from the night before. Do you use identical rates on your whoop as you do when racing a 5"? Great flying!

I have to force myself to go slower all the time. Slow = smooth. Smooth = fast!
Consistency is key. Not crashing increases stick time. Slow is perfect for finding the right line.

Treat the race mentally just like training. Just wanna have a good time and good position has no priority. The more races you attend the easier it is to calm down.
