One day, I realized there's got to be a better way to do it all with some type of a functional planning system that may help me to take control of my day.
I am currently on a LOOOOONG journey as The Better Half (that’s what my husband calls me 😂) to be more intentional, slow down a bit, and be the best version of me everyday.

You read my mind! I've been debating moving into or at the very least setting up pocket rings. I'm still trying to figure out what I need in it.
It’s such a great idea since it can easily be carried on-the-go and less space on the desk during work.. but it’s just trial and error. I’m currently adding everything I’m using in my personal into the pocket size to see. 😅

What size rings? You’re able to fit so much!
It’s either Gillio Medium Compagna XL or Moterm Luxe 2.0. 😂 it’s getting pretty chunky but fitting everything I need in one planner has always been my dream. 🤪
What paper do you print your inserts on😍
I print both regular copy/print 20lb paper and 32lb premium paper, but lately printing everything on 32lb. I like my writing on that paper better.
Love personal size. I've been using this size in some form or fashion for over a decade plus. Still loving it. Its so versatile these days w/ so many insert options 🩷🌸
Right? It’s like when something is not working, you don’t have to go out and get a whole new planner.. just switch inserts!

@@Helenistique sorry with the delay in responding.. I am using my pocket rings right now! I still have some things to move over and info but I am really liking it. The only downfall is sometimes I dont have enough space on my dailies but I am trying to figure out a solution. 🤍

Plus, I can take it with me on-the-go no problem. It’s just that I’ve been too busy to make all the insert size adjustments from my personal inserts. 😂

Haha! That was me! It's such a simple change on the meal planner to make them work for me. I actually modified it to use in my project planner as well so that i can breakdown the materials needed by store and the cost of everything! I would love any recs for KDramas. My oldest son is very into them and anime. He told me to find one i want to watch and he'll watch it with me!

I’m in Arizona too and have changed my 10-6 winter eating window to 1-9 because of the late afternoon heat that just is not conducive to meal prep. Not eating until afternoon is easier than I thought. Maybe something like that would help?
This is a great idea! I honestly don’t even have an appetite during our heated hours. I’m going to try this eating window! Are you seeing good results with your intermittent fasting?
@@Helenistique When I stick with it, it's like magic. A few years ago I lost 20 lbs that way, and not all of it has come back (lol). Restarted in January with some success (5 lbs so far with no change in actual diet) but I moved to 1-9 a month ago and hope to see even better results.

Just did a complete planner reset for July and it was so refreshing!! I usually only do a full clean out twice a year but I had a recent loss and wanted a fresh start for July. It was great 🩷. Love your flip!
