Nostalgia pura!
When you speed through a map like this it's clear you know where everything is (and thank god for that in a map like this one). Are you looking at some kind of maps or reference materials?
For all maps, I first do a casual playthrough, trying to get as close as possible to 100%. After that, I go back and find any missing secrets and/or kills. With that in mind, I decide on a route and start recording attempts. Barring any major mistakes, like falling in lava, getting destroyed by enemies or long, unnecessary backtracking, that's pretty much it. For this particular map though, due to everything looking the same, I had to resort to drawing a map with the desired route, in paint. Then play it over and over again, in an attempt to memorize the path, in game. One of the most tedious maps to record, so far.
Might be nice to pause and look at interesting things like signs and art and architecture.

I can only assume it's the initials for two people. Looks like BF-JS to me. Perhaps the author and someone else?

The fact that this is already better then most Q!Zone maps, however, speaks volumes!
Save for stuck dogs in the beginning, TIX3 and the final door flickering in open position, this is a beautiful level!
