AI crawlers disrupt sites by making a tremendous number of request in a short timeframe which cost the site operator. (Been there. Hate that.) The AI company then incorporates that data into their engine shifting eyeballs away from the actual creator. AI crawlers are leeches. What's the evidence for chatbots preferring a neutral tone and keywords? A quality AI should be indifferent to keywords if copy is written naturally and should be able to detect keyword stuffing. Get a clip for that lav, your hands will thank you and audio will be more uniform. You probably don't need the windscreen indoors.

I mean this doesn't really block them, rather it just asks them politely not to access your site. While it will probably block the big ones, there's nothing stopping a crawler from ignoring the robots.txt file since it's not legally binding.
