its a shame the 3070ti doesnt have more vram, the 8gb means it's power is already becoming obsolete because the vram holds it back

Finally beat this fight and it felt so good haha, I’m only a level 3, but also not playing on the hardest difficulty, only on balanced but I’m new to turned based combat and that was one thing really holding me back from this game but honestly the combat feels rewarding when you beat someone..but when you lose, it really sucks haha

I don’t know if it’s because I played as a drow or something else, but when I talked to the kid I didn’t have any saving throw to roll against the song and just auto succeeded which made it even more terrifying when the child started going into the water because my character had no idea there even was a charm effect at play. Having them be the only unaffected character made for a really cool fight.

This was an incredible encounter

I found this in my 2nd play through but only after awhile and mikron died. So on my 3rd play through I went there straight but at level 3 and died on my first attempt cause I didn't know the harpies will do that luring spell. So I got smart and placed my companions out of combat and used laezel to talk to mikron as she has highest AC. But the harpies were smart they targeted my wyll PC and gale PC while I have shadowheart trying to heal laezel. But I got lucky and they missed a bunch of times on my wyll and he managed to blast them a few times. And I managed to stop the concentration lure. But they cast again this time next to gale at high ground and I managed to use thunder wave to push her off to her death. Good lord this was harder than the first goblin fight outside the hollow. But I enjoyed it.

idk why ppl are undergeared for this fight. If you're actually playing the game you should of acquired more than enough to beat this fight by now. everyone speed runs everything and misses out on the point of games like these. which is to be thoroughly enjoyed. not a 5 hour session one time and done.

So far these are my ships. Astarion x Shadowheart Gale x Lazel Karlak x Wyll. At least those are the ships I’m going for in future playthroughs.

See because you have no idea about the lore of drow, if you had lore you would know it's a matriarch society which means female drow make the rules. Transform yourself into a female drow and have an entirely different conversation with him. Oh and delete the "i tried many dialog options but he always fights" from your description because you can take it without fighting him and he even apologize to you and kneel on his feet and hand over the memory shard to you, as long as you are transformed into a female drow ofc.

I wish someone would make an hour long video of their romance. I have seen two with TAV and a 35+ minute one with Astarion and Karlach. I guess if that doesn’t happen, then I’ll have to buy the game myself and make the video. 😂

Another easy method is during the conversation with a party member he has with you, switch to gale and use the thunderwave move. Easy to het him where you want.

It's a crime that we can't use her, she'd be more useful than Jaheria. Considering Halsin already exists. Also question, cam you get an outfit that looks like hers, I really like it. I'd have bad armor just because it'd look like that.

I wish there's a full release version of this, as well as spellcasting as other classes. Some movements and patterns look more geometric and pointed while others flow in graceful arcs.
