The first Rainbow Road i ever played. Mario Kart DS will forever hold a very special place in my heart. This custom track does it IMMENSE justice. The custom remix of the song is incredible too, it keeps that sense of magic and wonder from the DS version. Major props to HELLOTHERE. You did my childhood good.

To get this track to the next level, it needs: 1. Lava added somewhere at the end before and after the spiral. 2. A handful of corners need to be reworked (as even a Biddybuggy struggled with them) 3. Brighter arrows are needed even though they ruin the track a little. (Also there's no arrow at the turn at 2:45) 4. (Totally most important) THE BOWSER STATUE AT THE BEGINNING NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO DAMAGE THE PLAYERS LIKE IN Wii!)

This should've been in the base game. Huge L by Nintendo. Amazing CT nonetheless.

That's great! I hope we get some nice courses like this one in the next Mario Kart. I do hope they put an option for not getting the song faster in the Final Lap for those who want like me. Cause man, that soundtrack you used there is really great!

Wow, this is by far the best 3DS rr track I’ve seen. What it got me the most was the music change on the antigravity section. It was just… something magical ✨

0:50 Maybe I am too much of a Mario kart nerd but can we just admire how this person perfectly understands that at the core Mario Kart is a racing game and the items are more a side thing so rather than using his red shell to get past the person in front of them they instead kept going and got past them like you would a traditional race which we see pay off as here 2:03 they get to use that item as a save. Just something kinda cool I noticed

As imaginative as this is, I can’t help but prefer the more liminal and simplistic aesthetic of the original track. The fear factor with N64 Bowser’s Castle is how it’s just the hallways of a castle in a barren void of lava with Thwomps as the only living thing.

I fucking love how Instead of infinite lava everywhere around the castle, the whole castle is just floating on air and every little detail of this track from the anti gravity, the rooms, the bridge over a water chamber is so fucking accurate for a remake. I wish this track was in mario kart booster course pass but i doubt they can do something better than this.

This is How “Remaking” Tracks should look. The Original Layout but Modernized but at times have Layout Modifications to make it work better.

What's so intimidating about this is it's lack of lava. It looks like its floating in the sky, like it was ripped out of one of the Galaxy games or something. absolutely spectacular

If i could change anything about this track then i would twist it even more. Im talking making it all anti gravity. Banking the turns 90 degrees

This feels so real! The music sounds like an official remix of this song, the slight variations in the track's layout are on point to the style of Mario Kart 8, AND Athere are nifty references to Mario Odyssey! As someone who grew up playing Mario Kart DS, I love this custom track! Wonderful job!

amazing, but i'll dock a point because there's a chronic lack of lava in here.

Really nice work. But this remake feels rather small compared to the original. I don't think most of the corners of this track looked this tight.

Ok using giga bowser as the fire breathing statue is really clever

The only thing I would change is maybe not make the entire looping section speed boosted. It seems a bit hard to control

I like how the track has a grassy, rainy ascetic. Really sticks out compared to the lava-coated looks of other Bowser Castles.
