Best way to Smoke Spare Ribs
Переглядів 8712 роки тому
We smoked Spare Ribs 3 different ways. One way was smoking it for four hours not wrapping it at all just seasoning. Next way was wrapping it 2 1/2 hours in for the last hour and a half wrapped in tin full. Third Way smoked it for 2 1/2 hours then gave them a butter bath and wrap it in tinfoil. Watch the video to see which way we like best.

I knew when it cut to him that I could trust this recipe
Used this technique, came out great.. thank you!
I have a crappy cheap smoker and this turned out great. Did the 450F portion in my oven but just as smoky.
You alive?
I’ve made wings on the pellet smoker many times and this is my favorite method, great video ! Also the spoon toss cracked me up 😂
I think the look on your daughters faces says it all, well done dad.
Back after Christmas with my new pellet smoker 😂
Ohh man they look awesome! Definitely going to try this method 🙌🏻
Love the way you do your swineapple. Your instructions are easy to follow.❤
What purpose does the oil serve? It doesn't mix with the liquids. The meat seems to repel the oil. What the purpose?
Vegetable oil, when used in meat marinade, mitigates the ill effects of acid inclusion. It dissolves well the aromas of added spices, and as it seeps through the structure of the meat, the oil gently envelops it, sealing in moisture and preventing drying out during cooking.
Out of all the methods I’ve tried, the 250 for 45 minutes,425 for 20-25 minutes you suggest really has worked the best.
"not soder, that's gon suck real bad". lmmfaoooo THAT'S the kinda instructions that sing to me. 🤣❤
Dude!!! 😮 😊

My wings came out good but the skin was chewy. I wonder what I did wrong.
Dang it. Did you turn it up for the last few minutes?
@@BigLudsBBQ 2 hours in 250-275F. Tasted really good but the skin was the dog’s treat 😅
@@johnyferreira8733 turn them up to like 425 for about the last 20 minutes. 👍🏼

ماشاء الله تسلم ايديك طريقة جميلة يدوم التواصل 🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺
I wish I was your friend!
I have a pitboss pro series 2 vertical smoker. Brand new to smoking meats. Since going from 250 to 425 can take a bit, do I count the time for the smoker to heat up to 425 in the 25 minutes? Or crank it to 425 and start the 25 minutes once it hits temp?
I would turn it up & check them after 25 minutes. Mine heats up pretty quick. Good luck.
I think you’re friend wants more than three pieces. 😂. Don’t blame him. Me too!
You make me sick. The last thing you need is another piece of chicken.
Lol would love to hang out with this guy. Seems like a good time
Can you use the flat for burnt ends
No they are too dry. The point has more fat. Thanks good luck
Most people only use the Point meat. it looks like he took off the flat with the point meet instead of separating at the fatline.
Delicious parasitic worm filled FILET
Awesome!
About to try these out! Also I need one of those shirts! I love it!
I’m getting more made. What is your address & size.
how do you tell what cut it is?
With this one I just used a full brisket. I took the point and made burn ends and just cut the flat. You could use a Chuck roast and do some burnt ends out of that also. Hope that answers your question
I swear to God I thought he was Guy Fieri
I love seeing people cook lobster, they're so creative with it
When you say seal are you using a vacuum sealer?
If you seal them with the vacuum sealer they will last for months. You can also just use Ziploc bags
2:17 you said baking soda and salt, you mean powder?
😂 yes that would suck. 1:10 listen to that part not 2:17 👍🏼 good pick up
