They are called povindah in pashto
Yeah and they are mostly Ghilzai
IHappy to note that wildlife is trying its best to protect this unique species - I have reservations about the way thispoor animal is rescued with so much of pomp and noise which also causes great stress on this poor animal. In coupel of videos I have also noticed that some fishermen are using 'electric shock' method of catching fish and this animal no doubt becomes victim .
Kuchi tribe Montenegro
Few people know the fact that the Koochi people are the descendants of the ancient Tocharian people, famous for their mummies discovered in the Tarim Taklamakan desert. Their name comes from the city of the same name in the Tarim Basin. It was a discovery for me that the Koochi somehow miraculously did not disappear from the face of the earth and still exist. Unfortunately, they have lost their native language, but still speak one of the dialects of the Saka language. And they still lead a nomadic lifestyle, just as the Sakas did. This short film is like a journey into the past 3-4 thousand years
Free pushtunistan
Olhar esse povo como eles vivem, é realmente uma sensação de estar nos tempos bíblicos, meu respeito a essas comunidades nômades, uma boa tarde do Brasil.
Inocent people
Is it only me from NW India who wants to write here? People, if u watch, do leave a comment. It helps in promoting the channel. In a few decades, you won't see such views, believe me!
Very similar to my Roma gypsy tribes .. and im not surprised bcuz Pakistan Afghanistan were also part of India .. so it makes sense ..
We are never part of india and they are nothing like gypsies. The latter aren’t even nomadic.
hold on there! the world wants to live like you, we just don't have the technology yet
They are afghan.
President of Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani and Dr Najib Ullah were also from Kochi tribe. 🇦🇫🇦🇫🇦🇫🇦🇫🇦🇫
Wow, that's a pretty thumbnail.
I was born in australia and my family came during the late 70s my family were originally kuchis my great grandmother May Allah have mercy on her was also one she was A VERY STRONG WOMAN my great grandfather May Allah have mercy upon him was very strong too but after generations the culture died down a lot
Really you people remember your root Is their a big community of kouch people in Australia
How wonderful and awesome, the communication of love, peace and joy, between everyone. In the western world you can't find the kind of compassion, blessings, respect and protection they have for each other. Not even at all in churches. So sad. There is so much, that I can learn from them.🎨🕊🇿🇦
Great documentary
Missis Ashoka, namaste, I am very glad to your kinds words from this video, it's very important and interesting to me. God bless you, and have a nice day, aankju maach, missis Ashoka, bye, have a nice time with God.

If you feel annoyed, go help them
I have so many friends which belongs to kochi tribe and also like there lifestyle..
Very interesting and heart touching documentary. I recalled a story from Sir Jameel Ahmed's book "The wandering falcon"- A collection of short stories. This community is a culture in itself. I wish that this culture should survive. Thank you for the documentary. Best regards, Ashish Nimsarkar Korba, India
Merci pour cette reportage 🌏👏👍
just not let the UN come near them! Greetings from Serbia, where one tribe from Montenegro's territory has the same name, features and the music, and is one of the most ancient in the Balkans
Really which part of Serbia I am interested I want visit them
Great respect from USA
first they need to educate, vaccinate, so the children can progress in this changing world, cant live like this forever, life changes for the better
Afghans are Kochis, who have Jewish roots. They became marionette of Great Britain and helped south-Indian British company to take control of the region, they poured from Suliman mountains into Khorasan (Afghanistan) and India (Pakistan and Hindustan). In favor of their service to British empire, England changed name of Khorasan to Afghanistan.
Source; trust me bachem
Adorable children children no matter where in the world they're a treasure.
Anche molto più, bello vitta dì kochi
this is not Pak Afghan border this is durand line. pak Afghan border is Attock river.
That's exactly what I was thinking! No self respecting Pashtun recognizes that line made up by Mr. Durand as a border. These Punjabistanis need to be tightly sandwiched between Afghanistan and Hindostan. That's only when they known their aukaat and behave accordingly.
Koochi looks like Gujjar
What an incredible people. As hard as their lives may look to someone like me but I envy them in a way. They understand life and the world in a way I never could
Wonderful and very moving documentary film it should sent to us International Film Festival for better understanding of such Human Resources and civilisation of nomad people on earth. I wish to work for this people if I get an opportunity as for last 20 years I have been serving many such communities across many countries. Thank you UNDP and other organisations who working for this historic community!!

I am from Iran, I remember the Ghashghai Turkish tribe in southern Iran had exactly the same life style, even sing the same style. They Koch meaning (travel) from province to another another province with their live stock using difficult mountain paths looking for pasture which could take sometime 3 to 6 months.
Not turkey pashtun tribe

Worst English subtitles ever! Kuchi, Gucci, kutti
