Be careful with the Revo nozzle and make sure you check its tight before each print. When it starts getting loose between prints, its time to just completely replace the nozzle. I know they are expensive, but I had a nozzle come out during a print (I checked the nozzle before the print), and it snapped off in the hotend in 3 pieces running it overnight. I had started to notice the that nozzle needed to be retightened after every print. Tried tightening it both hot and cold, and it just wouldn't stay tight. E3D (nozzle maker) pretty much told me its a user error and too bad. (Lost a High Flow Obxidian hot end to this). BigTreeTech of course wont warenty someone elses nozzle, even if it is from the official company. I think either the nozzles or the heat sync is just out of spec just enough, and/or because its aluminum and heat expansion. I went back to stock... Not worth it. Also, the "noise" is likely because the nozzle is just slightly longer than the stock one, causing damage on the wiper. If you look at the wiper, I'm sure you'll start to see indents, and eventually, it'll will either bend so its not usable, or just break off. If you're going to continue to use it, you'll want to move to one of the pure silicone wedge type wipers.

Any updates? I just ordered my CE2P, and ordered the skr mini e3 v3 board and touch screen for it and cr touch. For now I modified the config file I made for my E3pro with the same setup. Still waiting for the CE2P to arrive.

Hi im about to buy my first printer. I was thinking of either the FLSun Super Racer, Elegoo Neptune 2 Plus, or the Ender 3 S1 Pro. Id like to ultimately be able to print Carbon Fiber Nylon. So im wondering which youd go with, amd can the Super Racer be upgraded so the nozel heats to 280 C°?

That's bomb! Nice wire routing! Look out for the heat bed & nozzle heater though! Stock klipper config can turn those on by default sometimes.

I'm actually in the process of creating custom firmware to allow me to use a Creality v4.2.7 mainboard in my Ender 2 Pro. I was unlucky enough to get one that came with the 4.2.S4 mainboard that doesn't use a STM or GD series chip. I am having major issues with running prints on this board due to octoprint stuttering and pausing for up to 30 seconds at a time before resuming the print. Creality either cannot, or will not make the marlin firmware code available for this variant of the mainboard, so the only way I can fix it is by swapping out the mainboard. As a backup I did buy a SKR Mini E3 version 3.0 mainboard so hopefully I can get one of the two working. As it stands I can get the new firmware to boot up on the version 4.2.7 board and the stock display and ability to read the thermistor sensors is working, but I can't properly test the motors out until I get the five pin to four pin adapter cables that TH3D sells for the Ender 2 Pro.
