Depends where you walk. The trash polluted Banica river that the city pollutes, dumps thousands of gallons of sewage and waste directly into the ocean.

The only city i know with no traffic lights. Somehow the traffic gets along. No taxis, everyone rides tricycles also known as trikes.

Il Corso is nice, but the whole Nustar complex is over rated and VERY overpriced. I have stayed at far better "5 Star" hotels for about a hundred dollars a night less. The casino does not give free alcohol to gamblers like casinos elsewhere do. The minimum buy in at blackjack table is 500 pesos. Complete ripoff.
