I was looking at a sad example today, a collector/hoarder has it sitting out in the New England weather where it is rusting away, I didn't look inside but judging by the condition of the other 100 cars on his property it will be horrible. He has an Alfa 1750 GTV I'm trying to buy from him, the greenhouse of the two cars are similar, light and airy.

A very general and maybe nonesense question: These cars are very prone to rust. Almost the worst one in BMW history. What normally shall be done during restoration to prevent the rust in upcoming years?

Très bel exemplaire mais il faut noter qu'il n'y a pas d'inter coolers. L'air des turbos n'est pas refroidi par échangeurs...c'est ennuyeux. (great car but without inter coolers)
