Formed in 2015, Deceitome is a 5-piece from Tallinn,Estonia consisting of members from Baalsebub, Nihilistikrypt, Forgotten Sunrise and Hymenotomy. The bands music can be best described as a new take on old-school death metal, since much of the sound musically is inspired by Stockholm Swedish death metal of the 90's that the band has made their own version of. Thematically inspired by metaphysical concepts of death and reaching into the barrenness of life that is just as thin as the present between the past and the future.
In 2016 Deceitome released their first track “The Void Abides” from an upcoming album “Death is Called Ethos” and the album was released in December 2016
In August 2019 Deceitome released their EP "Flux of Ruin" Under Redefining Darkness Records and Raw Skull Recordz.
