@@fffgamingemporiumI think hot air on those nec tokens but honestly just batter to just replace them with SMD tantalum capacitors I am in the modding community and repair consoles my self I even have a slim ps3 I fixed a ylod because of those NEC tokens are Notorious for failing on electronics from laptops to GPU graphics cards…. If that ps3 has a good GPU and CPU then replacing those faulty components should get it out of ylod if nothing else has a problem and any good repair tech can mod that ps3 and get it into factory / service mode to program a replacement drive

I just do not do board work or know electronics. I am the worst at soldering. I even bought a 220V Sucker Gun to Just remove components but No Luck. I cannot image ever being able to remove a chip. However, a AI Chip Removal Station would be a Great Option for me in the future
