I am doing Keto too! My wife tried it for a little while with me and just didn’t seem to think it helped her. My wife is trying to just eat more whole foods but she wants to add in more fruits and whole grains. At least she is staying away from processed food, bad fats, and sugar which are the worst things in the modern diet. I lost about 20 lbs in the last 3 months on Keto and have even had some bad patches eating junk on our trip to Missouri and I had ice cream yesterday haha...only human. My wife is trying to just eat more whole foods but she wants to add in more fruits and whole grains. I found Ozealous videos just yesterday and happened to watch the one with you pretending to beat box. So funny :) Anyways I hope you do well on your Keto journey and I agree the science is definitely there. I watch Sten Ekberg he has some really good advice and tips. I did the Keto diet incorrectly at one point. I ran a dirty bulk and got the muscle but gained fat too. and I wanted to lose the fat so i tried keto but instead ended up losing the muscle. My keto experience wasnt good maybe i did it right or maybe i did it wrong. I have no idea. But I guess its different for everyone.

The idea of eating the cake a year later is to teach you how bitter marriage can be over time, but always remember how sweet it was in the beginning, and hold on to those memories and always strive for those times through the bitter times.
