The introduction of a waste processing facility, the whole thing about not all marines surviving stroggification adds an interesting amount of depth to the lore. I mean, not like there's really a need for much lore... But this is so cool. Kind of makes me wish that in the stroggification level, the marine going right in front of you had failed the process and they had shown how he was dumped out

What a bizarre boss, this game had the right amount of creepy in it

Man the boss of this level was some of the weirdest stuff

Quake really managed to hit that unsettling design, like that giant beating heart/stomach thing wailing continuously... No thanks!

The intro cutscene with all the tactical stroggs deploying was always so cool to watch

The walker was always such a fun section in the game

Man I had never realized before that the Makron has a live marine on his torso

The Nexus Hub with all its blue lights always felt so unique and even more alien in this alien world

Man the tank section was always one of my favorites, though the walker mech was also amazing

8:57 I don't know why but I always remembered this scene so much

Boarding the Hannibal always felt so crazy the first time. The contrast with Doom 3 of having squads and all that made the game feel a bit more lively

These levels were so hype, blowing up the hangar and shooting the cannon were some of the highlights of this game

The small puzzle at 12:00 made me as a kid feel so smart 😂

Just a quick tip, you can crouch to avoid an attack of guys with a tentacle. They are helpless so much when you figure it out

After 20 years of playing this game, i still see it as the best experience of fps games I've ever tried , the amount of horror in this game can't be compared to the other doom games that have been released since doom 1, the story behind doom 3 is well written specially the Dr. Ptroger Story and how he became the final boss in the game, i hope that id software can find a way to bring back the story of the doom marine and Dr. Ptroger as crossover with story of the doom slayer.

Really love this game. I wanna se a new doom 3 expanison or maybe a new Doom game, 3 style oriented.
