KAKI-AGE is a type of tempura made from shredded vegetables deep fried until crispy. 
KAKIAGE-UDON, topped with the crispy kakiage, goes perfectly with a DASHI broth and is a popular menu item among Japanese people.
I picked up this due to a request from my ex-colleague who is Muslima in Singapore.
Japanese DASHI broth is made from natural seafood, of course Halal.
And UDON noodle soup is make up just to add Soybean sauce to the DASHI broth.

      Hi, thank you for inquiry ! Shio-Koji is made from Koji(Rice molt) and Salt only. If you wanna make it at home, I think it is Halal. Some Japanese Maker sell the product of "Rice Molt Milk" which made from Koji and water because Koji product not contain alcohol!
