I just bought these and went to install them, also bought the but the Tweel casters in a bundle price. The video makes it seem like the front forks just slide out... mine would not. Could not get them out. Z915e model. So far replaced the the original equipment wheels with the with the tweels, using using the manufacturer's front forks. Update: Jason with Reynold's reassured me that I could forcibly help the spindle out, used a deadblow and it came out. Found the lower bearing cone stuck to the spindle. I have the bearing soaking in penetrating oil and will use either a bearing puller vs brass punches and see if it comes off. If not I already have a new bearing and seal ordered. Wish I would have known ahead of time about this possibility but like any project if it takes 10 minutes on the video expect a couple hours when problems occur.

Thanks! I don’t have a nice flat concrete floor but this worked fine for me anyway. Thanks for the good instructions which allowed me to order the 1 and 7/16th socket and have the other wrenches ready. When they came I just lifted the front end with my little Kubota tractor and some good straps, supported the machine with a cinderblock bag material collection system and 4 suitcase weights on my JD 925A and I was concerned whether these would still function with all that weight. They do! I think it helps them, at least when new. Used the top axle holes. These and a suspension seat really tamed my machine. 4.5 acres of lunar landscape in Montana. I am very pleased with them.

I just saw this on the showroom floor and looks to be a great light commercial mower. The seat is better then the original 930M suspension seat. The parking brake is better, it's in the steering arms when fully extended. I see they have a jack setup like the Exmark, but car ramps work almost as good. Many a time I wish I had a weed whacker with me, so that's a nice touch. And because it's not made as rugged as the 930M that's built like a tank, it's lighter in weight and shouldn't tear up the turf as much. They even have the option of a Kohler engine if that's your thing. I believe the price is $8,000 to $5,000. This should give Exmark Radius some competition. I forgot to ask about the transmissions, if they're as fast as the 930M, which isn't all that fast.

It's a little disappointing that Deere does not put some type of suspension on the zero turns from the factory, whether it be some type of suspension on the wheels or maybe a seat suspension.

why aren't they painted green? do they fit more than just the John Deere mowers?

So what your saying is the cost savings is the time in the field that your not broke down because you took the time to have it inspected prior to. How many dealers do they have in Indiana?

$78K for a 35', which was surprisingly the same as the POS Gleaner dynaflex draper I bought last fall. It will fit and the hook-ups are the same, but there is a hydraulic conversion bundle I think that needs to go on your 70 series. I just got done cutting wheat and love this head. We bale straw and cut wheat in flex to get the most tonnage. My S660 with the draper was averaging 15-20% more productivity than my Dad's 9770 running right next to me with a 35' platform.

I do have a couple questions. 1. Realistically what would be a price range for th 35ft and the 40 ft when buying from a dealer cash deal no trade? 2. Will they fit without adapters to a 9870 or has the single point hookup or feeder house hookup design changed with the S series?
