The vegas pro 21 tutorial is much more updated. But typically if your doing AWB your gonna want to use pan and crop, to crop in on the whitest part of the image, and then use it. That should get you consistent shots.

Theres a lot of things that could be going wrong. What is it your changing that makes it red? if your changing the mid tones or highlights by too much it could cause that to happen. If clicking something or changing something just slightly turns it red, then it sounds like an issue with your GPU. note: color grading doesn't make your footage cinematic. youtube is unfortunately plagued with people who will say this one thing or that one software or this one tool will make your footage "cinematic". cinematic is the combination of good lighting, contract, writing, directing, cinematography, all kinds of things. maybe ill make a video to explain it. To answer your question, it sounds like a software glitch. Let me know, and if your having further issues i suggest hitting up vegas support.

Delete the cache and update everything. Update Vegas, update Windows and update the graphic card drivers. Deleting the cache should put the settings on default, but if doesn't, do it yourself. With a little bit of luck it should work.

Im not sure id check adobe and apples website for system requirements. However if your using raw you should make proxies for your project.

As i said, if you check the updated vegas 21 tutorial i show how to grade with only using a input lut. Input luts are commonly used to convert the color space of your footage. For example if i shoot in zlog2, i can use a conversion lut to bring the color space back to rec.709. Which is your basic computer monitor display color space. With video games, you can skip that step

@@DestinyCreatesEntertainmentim still somewhat new to vegas 21, used 13 years ago, but i only did basic things, like edit length, faded sound and added a bunch of different fx filters etc, the whole lut thing i have no idea how to use or what to look for (im not doing real life filming, only gaming for now) and using the rgb, parade, histogram etc is still abit confusing no matter how many times i see people make guides about it..

All of the steps done there can be applied to vegas 20, and its much more updated with accurate info. Secondly, the same color grading technique can be applied to fragmovies.

It was choreographed and taught to the actors by j patrick clement pro, from midwest ballroom dancesport club. Really happy people are enjoying this! I am the director/cinematographer and shooting this was quite difficult, lots of logistics and planning. But that scene made it worth it for sure! Both actors will be making a comeback as we're beginning works on 3 films concurrently, with various people, both of them are in two of the three productions. Make sure to subscribe! Edit. Only difference between the different versions is additional software, but each version has the same vegas pro edition.

3840 by 2160, disable resampling, 23.976 fps. But yours could end up requiring diff settings, it truly depends on what your doing and what the footage is. Now that you've asked i might make a video about it

hey there! Sorry i just saw this. that g85 is a beast, i use it alongside my new zcam e2c rig nowadays. anyways, settings wonderful question! i use the cinestyle/cinelike (i forget which one but i think its cinelike D) color profile, with a 50 shutter speed and a video setting of 4k at 24p. i truly believe if you kit up this beast and rig it out, it could even beat my zcam e2c, for the simple fact it has ibis. it has a lower bitrate but if you dont lean too far in color grading you can still get amazing results. this was shot on a kit 12-60mm lens, but if you get the lumix g 25mm (my new favorite for portraits) or an actual cinema lens from rokinon for example, it could look even better! I think its worth definitely buying even in 2023. the images i get from it are really good, and i make money from this camera even though i have a fully kitted zcam e2c. Make sure to subscribe because starting today (oct 25th 2023) im actually working on a rigging series and settings series for how i achieve my shots. ive 3 film projects in the works coming out REALLY soon, so stay tuned cause those are gonna be the best yet quality wise. alot of tech i have been gathering over the past few months. if you ever wanna hop on a discord call with me i can guide you on technical details. destinycreates. stay creative!
