I have never agreed with a review more than yours. I just purchased European steelbook from Uk. A used copy because the image was way better than the choice they made of the US version. The project managers who make the final say on which images are going to be on the packaging are usually just executives who have no taste lol. They should allow the fans to decide

I prefer the german 4k steelbook however the actual disk as german writing all over it

Great looking SteelBook. Definitely one of the best ones for T2. It’s a shame that it’s only a single-disc release.

This is how UA-cam reviews should be done! Thanks for breaking down the discs in the description. I always wondered what was on the 3rd and 4th discs. I agree it seems they could have moved those features to one of the other discs, but I guess they are legacy discs from previous releases. I think I'm gonna get the 4K + BR releases as that will have the majority of the content except some of the interviews on disc 4 maybe.

Sad thing with cex cd be perfect when send but bad packaging gets damaged. Just got from cex . As gloss it prob be damaged. I got scream 2 new for £5 from qmazon italy. I get good deals on steelbooks. robin hood anqxing thou .£22 pre owned

I was so excited when they showed pics of this as a pre-order. But when it finally came out I was so disappointed. I hate the way they treated top right corner art. Looks awful. Early mock up pics showed art of the alien going all the way to the edge. What a shame. I sold my copy when I got it.

Amazing set of steelbooks. I was looking to buy the 4K versions but have decided to do something pretty clever and buy these then put the 4k disks into them :) thanks for the videos. ill sub you if your still around ha :)

I think this version is nicer than the Film Arena version. Really don't like the full slip art. Also not a fan of any of the Manta Lab versions. The new one Zavvi put out is really nice. Sill really like this version though.

I have this one too! Although I don't really like the world movies it's a very nice set. I regret not buying the JP ones. I guess there's a Dominion one in the works?

Does this disc have the stereo English audio? The American blu-ray has that Dolby digital 2.0 audio.

So unboxing is always just about the the box, i wish someone would also let us see a preview of the disc content: menu, extras, languages, aspect ratio of the movie (update, i just read your description, you mention them all so it is great, thank you very much).... The blu-ray discs covers are sad nowadays but nice steelbook though.

I picked up the other two and need this one to complete the trilogy. So if you ever consider selling it let me know I’ll make you a good offer

When I watched this first time somebody told me not to look into medusa's eyes or ill turn into stone. I was scared when she appeared and I looked to the size of her and didn't look at her eyes. The remake was so awful it was totally garbage. This film in 1981 gave a feeling its really was from Grek Mythology. This film was well done and storyline was great. How you defeat a titan when an entire army couldn't defeat the Kragan? I still feel sorry for Medusa once a beautiful woman. There should be a 4k version of the movie as its a classic!

What subtitles does this blu ray have? English only?

I still have this set, and a million other editions. I will never part with this dvd set - it allways reminds me when iconic horror releases were starting to be given royal treatment.

although JP III is terrible I still have some nostalgic affections towards it... It was nice to see alan grant back.. I feel bad for not liking it anymore.. But I have just realize over the past 7-8 years that JP III is a big mistake... 2 mistakes that really kill JP III for me is killing the trex off with the spinosaurs and spliting up ellie and dr grant just puzzles me... First the trex was the iconic logo for the first 2 films then all the sudden they treat the trex like hes not important anymore I am like wow.. Then splitting up Ellie and Dr Grant just bothers me.. They were an adorable couple in the first film and when they do that in JP III I keep getting distracted back I am like why would you do that to the characters... Alan Grant turned into quite the gentle man after the first JP film and really came to appreciate kids.. So yeah there goes hes character development right out the window.. The people who obviously made JP III had no care into this project.. First 2 films hold up very well I was actually surprised by how well the lost world holds up.. JP 1 and JP 2 I love.. and JP III is not so good..

The US version is very much better than the UK version!
