There is no add personnel room option in MEETING tab? How do I get that?
I don't have an add personnel tab either don't worry, just click the add Webex Meeting button. You'll get a communicating with server pop-up that will go away leaving you with the "- - Do Not delete or change any of the following text. - -" in you email text. Just make sure you've set up your start times, etc. If you want to see what the email will look like just save the email and webex will load the rest of the meeting information into the email.
