This is a bear macaque. When it matures it's face will turn red and it's fur will turn chocolate brown. They are very docile and not aggressive. Most likely this infant's mother was caught in a foot/hand trap, killed, placed on a fire to burn off the fur, then cut up and along with most of the internal organs, cooked and eaten,, all while the infant watched.
