I mean, as much as I think Lexington and Concord is an amazing game, it's got a much smaller playerbase. I've played the game since release, and the game usually averages a out 200+ players at its peak. Guts and Blackpowder meanwhile, gets up to 14,000 during an update.

I don't think its fair to call one of them OBJECTIVELY better than the other, SOLELY on replayability. A PVP game is naturally going to have a bit more replayability than a PVE game. Both games have their own aspects of replayability that they excel at. Although they both revolve around musketry warfare, they're entirely different games at its core and its a bit silly to call one or the other better than one, or the other.
