The build quality is so horrible that the interior melts in 80 degree New England weather. 2016 Honda Civic EX-T... purchased from balise honda in West Springfield Massachusetts. They refused to replace the trim claiming that honda usa will not cover it under warranty and it would cost almost $400 to replace it out of pocket.

Today I programmed a key on a 2021 ProMaster and the gateway module was found behind the glovebox near the ''A'' pillar.

HI Alex. Thank you! I am working on a 2020 Promaster and its not in the same place as this one. In fact it looks quite different. Do you have any further info on where it might be in 2020?
The big promaster would be different. They can also be found either behind the radio or behind the cluster.
@@alexk77ae Thanks so much for the reply. I actually found it to the right of the glove box behind the glove box panel assembly. Just have to pull the glove box out a bit.

Different Car
If you put any metal object against plastic with high temperature it will transfer the heat to a cooler destination. Don't blame a plastic part on a distructive child. It's plastic not metal! Tint your windows and stop buying dollar store for fresheners. Hyundai has the same material on the dash.. Go pick up a book
beatsfromchicago it was plastic on plastic! Ive been working on cars since 2006 and honda quality as really went down hill. Just google all issues people have.
This is the dumbest thing I have ever saw. I have a 2017 civic and put 17k miles on for business trips and never had an issue
Mike Weidman try putting an air freshener or cell phone mount and leave it there on a hot day. Honda isn’t the same anymore. I’d rather buy a Hyundai. At least they don’t melt.. what’s so dumb about it?

Mine is melting on the outside and it only has 5000. There is definitely a bigger problem with Honda
