Absolute nightmare of a service! UpGrow has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any Instagram growth platform. Despite setting up my account with clear instructions to target Romanian followers for my restaurant, I got nothing but irrelevant bot followers from completely random countries, particularly Asia. This is damaging my brand's credibility, and I'm left having to manually delete these useless followers. Their 'AI model' is clearly a joke-other services like Flock and Kiksta got it right, but UpGrow failed miserably. Despite multiple requests, they kept pushing for more time, only to deliver zero results aligned with my target audience. Save your money and time-this service is a total scam!

Bought their service, within 7 days of usage you get your money back if you are unhappy. My Instagram account was populated with fake accounts. I asked them why I get fake followers since they promote this as "100 % organic growth, no fake followers". I watched this closely since I just wanted to see this with my own eyes. I asked for a refund, they tried desperately to keep me as a customer with different discounts but eventually, I got my full money back. I do not recommend them, you will not get organic Instagram followers as they advertise, but 90 % fake Instagram followers.
