I don't think relapse is apart of recovery. You're either in recovery or you're not. I also personally disagree with the term 'quasi recovery', because again you're either in recovery or you are not. Quasi recovery is in my opinion more of an eating disorder rebrand. Like this saying I came across once; 'what doesn't kill you will mutate and try again'. ahahaha. Anyway just my opinions :)

Hey girly! Just wanted to say that I loved this video so much! I started all in 6 months ago, and it has been so freeing! My mind is so clear now that I’m allowing all foods I crave at any time no matter what. Even if I’m not hungry & it’s just mental hunger, it’s still important to honor it! :) I struggle with slight binges at night and overeating at night (esp cereal/granola/chocolates/yogurt/nut butter bowls!!!) but I’ve read that it’s just because my body wants what I restricted for so long so it’s gonna crave those like crazy! (I do hate that I get so uncomfy though!!) <3
