She's certainly one of the informal leaders. But Kosovare Asllani has been the new team captain since Seger retired from international football. For now at least - she has stated that the upcoming championship will be her last. I assume Magda is next in line.

Fridolina Rolfö also has a major leadership role in the team, although she doesn’t wear the armband. Nathalie Björn and Hanna Bennison have also been Caroline Seger's disciples who are probably the next generation of captains. But for the next few years it will probably be Magda & Rolfö. Euros will be Asllani’s last championship.
