thank you . nicely explained but one correction instead of backtick and exclamation mark combination tilde and exclamation mark is used which is incorrect. symbol `! is used in the naming of filter for turning of filter phasing . Also in the video the log doesn't show all actions executed one after another.

@14:35 When I change and save Status to Draft, I see SME Review, Content Review, Proofreading, Publish Approval, and Cancelled. I don't see the "select Reviewer Group and Reviewer" message at the top. I also don't see the Change Reviewer button at the bottom when selecting SME Review. What is not clear in this video is why do you need to create the variables. They are obviously field IDs for ARSCHEMA and should already exist in the HPD forms. Are you just creating temp fields to be populated and then mapped to the incidents? It's not clear why these variables are necessary since you're creating a new record in incident management.

I noticed that you're using the Innovation Studio interface to do this creation and not directly from within Helix SmartIT.
