After Thrill, the oldest MV, how about watching the latest one? Thrill is from 10 years ago, so I think you'll be surprised at how polished BAND-MAID is now. BAND-MAID will be releasing a new song today, 'Zen'. This is the theme song for the anime 'ZENSHU', so it will appeal to people who don't know BAND-MAID. I think two versions will probably be released: a short MV of the anime version and a full version.

Grew up on AC/DC, The Angels, Aerosmith etc etc. an after years an years of listenin to the same ol same ol, I came across this song (like a LOT of other people) an loved it ... HOWEVER after checkin out their channel, I could not believe (an still cant) how this group comes out with awesome song after awesome song - they just cant write shit stuff. Forget about the costumes an the language barrier, just kick back an be amazed by the sheer talent of each individual in this group. As much as I would suggest you keep going from scratch (their earlier stuff), as it's great to see their growth over the years, I'd have to suggest for your next vid, check out "Hate" official live - honestly one of the best live performances I've seen. These guys shine live. Everyone of them get their chance to shine and they ALL share the lime light. NO ego's here. I really hope you come back for more.

OK, so if you want to go through the years a bit, great place to start, yeah. Thrill was the song that saved the band, as they were on the verge of being disbanded, when they recorded this as their FIRST MV, and it went viral soon after release, getting them recognized worldwide for their playing talent. Two more songs in this early period that are great and have good MVs are Real Existence and The Non-Fiction Days. A next big step in their evolution was the song Alone, which was the first song that they were allowed to produce that they had written for themselves (prior to that the label had songwriters that wrote everything). Then it's on to stuff like Yolo... but... ... what the MVs will not show you is that this band, perhaps unfathomably, is absolutely better live than they are on the studio albums or MVs. So instead of, say, the Real Existence MV, you could do the Real Existence official LIVE MV... or if you want to see the difference, do a side-by side comparison. You'll see what we mean. Subbed! Can't wait for you to be blown away!
