Dildo and his father seem like a real piece of work but I almost have to agree with them on this one from what I can tell in this video. If you already had a contract in place with him for a event he collected money then cancelled you would seem to be at fault. In the long run was it probably a smart thing to cancel the event once you found out about their devious business practices, probably but if you cancelled it does seem to be on you.....
Dillon took the money not us we were letting him use our store and kicked him out for scamming people
If you caught him scamming people on the deal you had in place with him that's one thing. If you went into business with him without doing any research on who you are dealing with and once you heard shady shit about him you decided to break your contract with him that's another thing. If that's the case you breached the contract no matter who collected the money. The people should get their money back from Dildo and that Dildo compensated by you for his loss since you breached the contract, if that is actually what happened. Don't get me wrong, the dude def. seems like a scammer that's pretty much a given but if you breached a contract with him he is at a loss on what he would have made during the event. So, the people should get their money back from him and he should be compensated by you for his loss due to you breaching the contract whether he is completely shady character or not. Now if you found out he was scamming you, the celebrity, or the customers that have to due with the contract you are bound by with him on this event I would say you have every right to cancel the event as he would seem in breach of contract and not you. I'm just a big fan of Bobby Fulton's wrestling career and I've noticed this drama with them in a lot of UA-cam videos and think it's a damn shame they both are tarnishing his legacy! Maybe Bobby was always a bit of a shady character and they have him over-medicated now to the point where he's really showing his true colors.....

He should pay them back but if you agreed to let him use your store for a signing you had a verbal contract in place with him. When you cancelled the event for no other reason than you didn't look into who you were dealing with ahead of time once you had heard bad things about Dildo after you already had a verbal contract in place to do a event with him you breached the contract by cancelling the event! Do you think Eventbrite doesn't charge fees? You should be responsible for any financial damages he experienced due to you cancelling the event such as money loss on Eventbrite fees, time, and potential profit he was expecting from this event. Basically you screwed Dildo over by cancelling the event due to finding out about his shady background after you already had a verbal contract in place with him. If you don't have a written contract then it seems it wouldn't hold up in court if he were to take you do court. Any kind of promotional material with your store name on it seems like would be potential proof of contract with him as well. Seems to serve him right he is the one getting screwed over for once because karma is a very real thing! Can't believe you own a business and can't comprehend this....

Great Store! Have not tried dibdit yet. Should look into it, but even AA sells cards on whatnot... May I recommend try selling cards in the storage locker section on whatnot. Many people do that and sell more for more. I saw people getting crazy money for cards first hand. Example 1990 Donruss Griffey with touched corners sold for $7. Just subbed.

He advertised Scott Steiner for a certain price and when we arrived, he charged more and argued with customers saying the price has always been the same.
When you told him the line was being recorded he responded with "yeah". He never said he didnt allow the recording. That response may have even acknowledged it and allowed it if he tries to bring you to court for it.
As long as one person knows it’s being recorded it’s legal.
Hello Bill, fun fact, in the states of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Connecticut, it’s against the law to record a person’s conversation without their permission. I look forward to seeking legal action against you and owning Zombie Hideout. I’ve refunded the party that requested it and told you I’d happily handle those that reached out to me. You are doing defamation and slander as well. Guess you will be too busy in court, maybe I can get it in after the holidays, say January 14th? I have met Dillon a few times and he has a weird personality like a Jekyll and Hyde type. He can be nice one minute then turn into an asshole the next. The first impression he gives is that he is mentally challenged.
