Place funding on the table, and solutions will be there ... Thats why african engineers are doin great things on the world market... We dont do it for the sake of it being uganda by uganda..... Our families dont eat the uganda by uganda mantra.... U dont go into a shop an purchase bread n milk by patriotism.... We purchase by money....

Ome way to solve this is the supply chainfor these products should be monitored an managed by gorv.... I an not aure about Uganda, but if gorv is collecting tax ... Then it should make sure its collecting tax on genuine original parts or things.... If the gorv is focused on how much turn over you made in monetary terms only, an thus calculate tax, instead of checking wat exactly was being sold.... Then these products will always be there. Companies like Total want only their products sold because that's how they make money.

I think the interviewer wants the tittle fake or counterfeit to be given to parts to justify a point..... But the thing is this, parts are made and sold at a price..... So if there are brakes that cost $5 and another that costs $60, the discussion should be about value for money. Are you getting $5 value from the $5 brakes and $60 value from $60 brakes.... U cant complain that $5 brakes dont last an then call them fake.... They r not fake... They r $5 value

But today sincerely the Indians he left in steel business of scraps truely we are suffering and some of us went bankrupt, you go in the business knowing that am going to sell steel at a price of 1600 at the end of the day Indians cutts price without informing us they reduce up to 1200 without telling us so a customer most likely to loose 300 yet he got a loan some where so actually we people of jinja we are missing his competition since steel rolling closed other Indians buys our scraps any how they feel. . This gentleman by the time he was in the business a lot jinja residents accumulated wealth through supplies of scraps within jinja and outside jinja . Was one of a good hearted man smart until amongst other Indians the way how he used to treat us we the customers non than him
