How long did it take you to get the throw? In the second clip it shows you already catching your throwing hand. I'm struggling with actually throwing the airflare I can't commit to throwing and trying to catch the throwing hand

Hi Vlad, You can practice handhop on your catching arm ( in my case is the right arm because I do counter-clockwise). Train 2 or 3 strong hand hops on that catching arm. You can also try to do the swipe after one airflare attempt. I usually train airflares every other day (3-4 times a week, 30-45 minutes each time). I also follow the exercises on Kaio's channel. @@tentuannguyen8601 thank you 😉 I’ve seen a lot of videos on twists but your technique is the best to me (you know some people do twist using a little different technique they kind of shoot up with their legs/feet while body being too vertically to make a jump if it makes sense and the legs are not straight because of that, you do it differently so that’s why I wanted to hear from you. Doing 1-2 strong hand hops on your catching arm will help.
