Bro, i ordered with mobile exchange on Sep 28th and delivery date was Oct 5th.. on that date it was out for delivery, then rescheduled to 6th.. then when spoke to Amazon customer care one stupid executive again rescheduled to 7th but with numerous attempts speaking to the cc executives no one explained the issue properly ..on 8th it was cancelled and status showed as returning to sender.. when I called the customer service again , they said some stupid reason like there was a dent in the product and it is being returned to seller.. who on earth would open the package and see before delivering to customer??? And the seller is stpl only.. probably if you had ordered normally without exchange guess you might get .. good luck!! Bad experience with Amazon this time.

For me They delayed the delivery and cancelled the order telling the item is damaged without delivery. So once the item is out for delivery you only go and get it. Don't wait till they come to you.
