Cleaning off a desk is always the most put off chore of any upgrade. Good choice on the riser size. I HIGHLY recommend choosing one of your displays as your primary center of focus, after that, center that monitor with your center of vision (not always 'on the nose'). I see your going with multiple displays of a few different types, not a bad thing, but I suggest a ultrawide over 3 displays. For me, I have on ultra wide in landscape, one wide in portrait. Also, CAT! I've got three. If you have an optical mouse (red laser) keep tweezers nearby, may get a few hairs in there and your mouse will stutter.
