Attacking a 3-4 with the Inside Veer
Do you run the flexbone offense? Do you struggle running an inside veer loop scheme against a 3-4? Check out my video as I share ideas to help your Center with the Noseguard and secure play side A gap so your B Back has a chance to stay on his veer track. Learn how I block down with the Tackle and Base the play side Linebacker and run the triple option against a 3-4!

Great tape coach, 10 minutes of blocking drills for RECEIVERS is impressive. I assume you were in a option offense haha

The first drill the two players collide helmet to helmet. I hope they don't do that again. Brain injuries are serious ( I have a history of concussions).

Refreshing to see OL coming off the ball instead of zone (shield) blocking!!!

What kind of ball are you using in the ball drill? Looks heavier and more durable then a normal yoga ball. Thank you

these are as stupid as the sled drills we did way back when. it's a waste of practice time. the reality is that defensive player is strong, quick, moving, and using his arms. the only, ONLY worthwhile o-line drills are -footwork -blocking schemes -live blocking against real targets

Sled drills arent bad they teach you to drive your feet on contace

I agree with the other comments here. Sled work is a controlled environment for coaches to work out nuances with technique. For the players they are able to gain strength and muscle memory for things like firing off, hand placement, sustained driving... Agreed there is no substitute for live drills, but the fundamentals are also important.

you can't start running before walking... but these are old-school s ok eds drills, no technique from the players when driving...

What is the purpose of the pop and lock? I have never seen that technique used before. The players are popping but not locking on contact.
