Quick tip of the day! Do you get those red spots around your nose after wearing your glasses for a long period of time? You might first think it's the nose pad that's out of adjustment but.. it very well could be the temples. Try this out and see if it helps!

@@oskasseu3991 well that is a different situation altogether. Perhaps the frame is just ill-fitting for the shape of your face. I would definitely recommend you see an optician, and independent practices always going to give you better service. That's what they're all about. I wish you the best of luck

The thing is, I loosened the temple and the inward curve and it is still hurting like crazy (the pain might even be worse). However, most of the pain happens right on the connector (the gap between my ear and my head where I insert the temple through). Any help with this?
I'd suggest going to your eye doctor and ask them for advise.

👍 I have just started wearing myopia classes and whenever I walk, talk or do any sort of activity, I have a pain above my ear (when wearing power glasses); I don't have headache but a different pain above/behind my both ears

I have metal frame before i didn't get any discomfort when i soon change to plastic frame getting this discomfort pain near my bone wondering if it because of the weight but did a look up to my frame its not was dumb to think that or is their something wrong on my ear. Did try this it works!!! The relief. After inflation happening on my country couldn't afford.
There are many reasons why you can experience discomfort in that area. Perhaps the temples are too thick or perhaps their improperly adjusted as I go over in the video. Perhaps the pressure is just curving in too much, that's been known to happen. What I can say is metal frames are thinner and typically provide less points of contact because of that they don't also weigh as much. And... Sometimes it's just the wrong frame for you. Hopefully you've managed to resolve this discomfort. I wish you the best

My nosepads have good adjustment but if i do this it goes from pressure to one side to the other i always have this problem by every kind of glasses I tried i always feel my nosepads on one side i had Many opticiens but no one can get it right do you know the problem? Thankyou from holland
Hi I'm sorry to hear of your pain, I know this can be EXTERMELY painful !!! Unfortunately there are no easy answers .The only thing I can suggest is try another optician, someone who owns their own practice (and are not employed by someone else.) Independent opticians have a special mastery that comes with years and years of working in the trade and stand the best chance of helping you resolve this uncomfortable concern. Best of luck

Thank you so much for the tips, I've been suffering from the pain behind my ear for months now and when I try your tips it works. ❤️ Can I ask if you have some tips on headache, I mean I've been wearing glasses for years now and I constantly having headache right in between my eyebrows (in the center) and pain in the eyes and I need to sleep every four hours in order to avoid the pain. I am hoping you have some advice about this, thank you.
I'm very glad to hear the tip helped you out! I'm, however very sorry to hear you suffer from headaches.. That sucks! Unfortunately I can't offer any advice in that dept.. I would suggest you start with your primacy care doctor and follow their advice. I wish you the best in your healing journey
I have now stated wearing eye glasses and all frames I tried they are tight on one side of my head really squeeze and leaves a mark. But the other side is perfect. What kind of frame should I buy that will better adjust to my situation?
Hi there ! I'm sorry to hear about your pain!! Simply put ---it sucks!. Unfortunately the only advice I can offer is GO see/find and "Independent OPTICIAN!!" ( In other words they OWN their own practice) they will know what you need and HOW to make sure you are COMFORTABLE and seeing properly! The subtle nuance of what opticians do is too vast and way to complicated to explain.... we consider SO many things when picking eyewear. If it was easy, everyone would do it! ...... Let me give you an example --the process of putting a lens in a frame ---??? Well, there's 179 WRONG ways !! *** and ONLY 1 Right!! Best of luck!

What should I do if my headphones are hurting when I’m wearing my glasses?
I get it that's totally uncomfortable. Unfortunately because of the pressure the tension in the headphones there's not much you can do. By earbuds I guess 🤔 Sorry I am of no help here. Perhaps if you brought your headphones in your glasses to a local optician they may be able to recommend something.
You can get thinner framed glasses or adjust your head phones so there isn't so much pressure.
